many things don t work, or I can t find the way it could work.

where can I edit the text laying over the pictures in the Slider on the Frontpage?

where can I disable the color-chosse-element on the left side?

where can I chance the birdsign logo against my own logo?

Is it possible to disable the many boxes with the copyright. I m afraid I have to buy the silver-version for that. How would I have to do the change?

Please login to admin area

#1 - edit the text on slider

- go to module : "Top Slider"

- click the tab : "Image Folder Source" on the right side

- Click the text "edit" in the picture, you will see the title and intro text there


#2 - disable the color choose

- Go to Extensions >> Template Manager

- Choose template st_birdsign

- Click on the tab "Global" in the right side >> choose "No" in the "Setting Bar" parameter.


#3 - change the logo

- Open the folder "images" that located in :

your_root_folder/templates/st_birdsign/showcases/v2-white-yellow/images

- you will see the logo there, just create the new file with the name : "logo.png" and override the old file.


you have to buy the silver-version, in that version, it have the feature to turn on / off the copyright

Editing the Text in the Slider works now.
I never would have come to this conclusion on my own

To disable the Slider doesn t work. I can see the option, but the backend doesn t react to my click there. Maybe it is a funktion of the Silver Version?

I will update to the Silver Version when everything what I need works fine. Is there a possabilty to update the existig installation, without editing every change again?

#1 - copyright in slider

The slider is an extension and it's not related to the template.

If you want to remove the copyright in the slider, you must buy that extension.

#2 - update template

You need to back up the files that you have used before updating templates and after that you can use them again.

we do not encourage you edit other files except the css file because when using these files which can cause templates broken.
