TOPIC: installation error

I bought the template rt_edu pro but have a problem with the installation of it.
when I try to install it trough > extension manager > upload package file I get the error :

Warning
JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist ../../offline.php

any toughts how to resolve?

Hi,

please try one of 2 ways bellow :

Way 1 : install the quickstart package. (the best way)

way 2 :

- unzip the package : st_edu_pro_j3.x.x.zip

- open the file : templateDetails.xml , remove the text : 
<filename>offline.php</filename>

- compress the folder again and install.
